The already effective twin intercooler system developed for the V8's twin turbo is now further refined by do88.
Developed as a direct OEM replacement, this kit includes high-quality 105mm cell packs from Garrett Motorsport. Expect a significant increase in both power and torque thanks to a design that maximizes airflow and drastically reduces inlet temperatures. The biggest challenge in developing a performance intercooler for the RS6/RS7 is the limited space behind the bumper and wheel arches. This affects both the size of the cell pack, the end tanks and the airflow from the opening in the bumper. We have made use of every available millimeter of this space.

The cell packs are manufactured by Garrett Motorsport to do88's specifications and use advanced aerospace technology. The high-density packed cell pack consists of very thin, fine heatsinks that provide very efficient heat transfer - to ensure optimal performance even under high loads.

The uniquely designed, 3D free-form cast end tanks distribute charge air evenly across the entire cell stack. After extensive CFD analysis, 3D printing and flow bench testing, we have achieved an optimized design with maximum airflow and minimal pressure drop. The hose connections are 70 mm (2 ¾"), which is a full 37% larger than the original 60 mm (2 3/8"). This upgrade eliminates critical bottlenecks in the system - something that is crucial to improving turbo efficiency and enabling higher power output. As far as we know, do88 is the only one to offer such large connections.

The kit also includes high-quality air guides made from 2x2 woven prepreg carbon fiber and finished with a heat-resistant gloss clear coat. These are easily installed with four screws and ensure that the 29% larger cell pack receives a constant supply of cool, fresh air.

Silicone hoses that match the larger connections are included and fit the original pressure pipes. The intercooler kits are welded in-house in do88's own facility in Sweden - to guarantee the highest quality.

The original intercooler system often reaches its limit in performance, especially on tuned vehicles. Whether you run stock or with higher boost pressure, the do88 intercooler kit provides a dramatic improvement over the original.
