Dispatch Time for In-Stock Items:

For your convenience, all in-stock items will be processed and dispatched within 1 - 3 business days from the date of your order. We prioritize prompt handling to minimize any delay in shipping.

Delivery Times for East Coast Metro Areas:

Customers located in the dynamic east coast metro areas can expect to receive their orders within 1 week from the date of dispatch. We are committed to ensuring that your delivery reaches you promptly, allowing you to enjoy your vehicle without unnecessary downtime. Other states, territories and rural areas may inccur additonal time for your delivery. 

Backorder and Pre-Order Items:

Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock due to high demand, supplier delays or made to order. These items will be clearly marked as "Backorder" on our website. When you place an order for a backorder item, we will provide you with an estimated restocking date. Please note that backorder items may have longer processing times, typically ranging from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the availability of the product from our suppliers.

Shipping Fees:

Our shipping fees are calculated based on factors such as the weight and dimensions of your order, your location, and the selected shipping method. You can review the shipping costs before finalizing your purchase during the checkout process. Please note in most cases our shipping and handling costs subsidised to try and keep delivery costs down.

Shipping Restrictions:

Certain shipping restrictions may apply to oversized or hazardous items. We do not ship to P.O. boxes to ensure secure and reliable delivery. Please provide a physical shipping address when placing your order.
