CAPRISTO EXHAUST VALVE CONTROLLER WITH REMOTE CONTROL

The CAPRISTO Exhaust Valve Controller with Remote Control gives drivers direct control over their vehicle’s factory exhaust valves at the touch of a button. Designed to integrate with compatible vacuum-operated factory exhaust valve systems, the controller allows you to switch between the vehicle’s original valve operation and open-valve operation using the supplied remote control.

The CAPRISTO Valve Controller manages factory exhaust valve operation while retaining important safety functions. High-performance engines can benefit from reduced exhaust back pressure at higher throttle openings and engine speeds, while controlled back pressure at lower engine speeds can assist with low-end torque. This is managed through the butterfly valves incorporated into the vehicle’s exhaust system.

The control unit monitors exhaust back pressure during operation and automatically opens the exhaust valves when the predefined pressure threshold is reached. This provides driver-controlled exhaust valve operation while maintaining the protective operating parameters built into the CAPRISTO control system.

Users can select either OEM Control or CAPRISTO Control as the default setting, eliminating the need to manually select the preferred exhaust valve mode each time the vehicle is started.

CONTROL MODES

OEM Control: Uses the vehicle’s factory exhaust valve operating parameters, allowing the valves to open and close according to the original vehicle settings.

CAPRISTO Control: Keeps the vehicle’s factory exhaust valves open for a more direct and pronounced exhaust sound.

REMOTE EXHAUST VALVE CONTROL

The supplied CAPRISTO key fob is pre-programmed for straightforward operation, allowing the driver to remotely control the factory exhaust valve setting. The remote operates at 444 MHz and includes two additional buttons for programming.

For additional engine protection, the CAPRISTO Exhaust Valve Controller incorporates a fail-safe function. In the event of an electrical or vacuum system failure, the exhaust valves automatically open to help prevent excessive heat build-up and potential engine damage.

PLUG-AND-PLAY INSTALLATION

The supplied wiring harness includes connectors for the solenoid valve and CAPRISTO control unit, with only power and earth connections required to complete the installation.

Both short- and long-reach cable options are supplied, measuring approximately 864 mm (34”) and 2,032 mm (80”) respectively.

The CAPRISTO Valve Controller is designed as a plug-and-play solution for straightforward integration with compatible factory vacuum-operated exhaust valve systems.
